Donna’s background is in software consulting and training, and sales and management. She graduated college with high honors in software technology, and raised two wonderful sons. She’s the author of Flight of the Crippled Eagle, a successful non-fiction inspirational novel about a young man who was paralyzed by a drunk driver. Donna is an avid exercise enthusiast – at the gym every morning before work, and is a former World Champion Equestrian.

She’s also the co-founder of an amazing non-profit organization, Smiles 4 Success. Their mission is to grant the miracle of self-worth, confidence and hope to women from difficult backgrounds. The program does this through smile makeovers donated by numerous talented dentists, along with hair, makeup, clothing and other gifts to lift each woman´s appearance and self-confidence; empowering her toward greater success in the workplace and in life in general. Donna has a passion for leadership and loves to be a part of causing a monumental change in a person’s perspective, such that miracles begin to happen around them. She’s also done some professional speaking including being a television guest speaker.

She is tremendously responsible and has an incredible work ethic. She also has a powerful love for helping people and a passion for real estate.
