- Get listing paperwork completed quickly and property listed in MLS WITH photos!
- Have Post and For Sale sign delivered within 72 hours or less.
- Provide Flyers for Post in front yard.
- Colorful e-fliers with house photos mailed to between 6,000 and 24,000 agents depending upon property location.
- Advertise listing through other non-MLS internet advertising.
- ‘Just Listed’ post cards to neighboring properties when first listed.
- Advertising on my own web site, with expensive search engine positioning.
